Mondays at 7:30 pm BST (August 9, 16 and 23)
This three-week programme combines sessions on Jewish thought, positive psychology, and behaviour design with practical support to help you create new, positive habits. You will learn how to cultivate positive emotions, enhance your relationships, improve your focus and concentration, and design a ‘deep life’ in alignment with your purpose and core values.
In addition to the weekly webinars, you will have the chance to participate in Dr BJ Fogg’s online Tiny Habits programme, with Tamra as your coach. The programme takes just a few minutes each day, and is a proven method for creating new habits quickly and easily. Tamra’s coaching motto is ‘Dream big, think small’, and this course is designed to help you connect with an ambitious vision for the New Year while building momentum by making tiny changes and improvements every day.
There will be short ‘homework’ tasks to help you integrate the ideas into your daily life, and Tamra will be available to coach you, via email and our weekly Zoom webinars, in creating your own Tiny Habits.
