Recent research in positive psychology and behaviour design can help us appreciate the ways in which Jewish values and halacha can enhance our well-being, particularly if we become more intentional in our approach to Jewish ritual. Join us for this informal conversation, during which Harris and Tamra will discuss the ways in which they have each used the 'Tiny Habits' approach pioneered by Stanford researcher BJ Fogg to supercharge their daily routines. From the power of flossing a single tooth, to the joy of beginning and ending each day in a positive frame of mind, you'll learn some surprisingly simple and effective ways of making important changes in your life and helping others do the same.
